My name is Laura and I’m a dietitian, nutrition coach, recipe developer, and health enthusiast.
I’m also a wife and mom of two busy kids, so I know how challenging it can be to not only get food on the table when everyone is super hungry, but also how difficult it can be to get the kids to eat the well-balanced, healthy food I cook!
Over the course of the last several years I have made shifts in my eating, mindset and lifestyle to improve my overall gut health and overcome some pretty annoying digestive symptoms I had put up with for way too long.
I feel better than ever and have a passion to help other women make shifts to their own eating and lifestyle habits so that they can feel better too.
