Welcome to Fresh Food Bites!

My name is Laura and I’m a dietitian, nutrition coach, recipe developer, health enthusiast, and creator of Fresh Food Bites.

I’m also a wife and mom of two busy kids, so I know how challenging it can be to not only get food on the table when everyone is super hungry, but also how difficult it can be to get the kids (and husband sometimes!) to eat the well-balanced, healthy food I cook!

Over the course of the last several years I have made shifts in my eating to improve my overall gut health and overcome symptoms I had been experiencing as a result of poor gut health.

I feel better than ever and have a passion to help other women make shifts to their own eating and lifestyle habits so that they can feel better too.
